- Reduction of the stages of Settling Trade Disputes from 5 to 3.
- Harmonization of goods standards to have a single East African Standard Board.
- Monetary Fines for Partners states that resort to non-tariff barriers and unilateral retributive measures instead of following official channels, and;
- A Single Common Currency by 2030!
